1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbs. grapeseed or other neutral oil
1 tbs. toasted sesame oil
4 tsp. brown sugar or honey
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 scallions, chopped

How Do I Make Tofu and Kale?

Here is how you make Tofu and Kale:

Cut tofu into cubes and lay on paper towels to remove moisture. Meanwhile, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, crushed red pepper, sugar, sesame oil, and 1 tbs. grapeseed oil in a medium bowl. Add tofu and marinate 15 - 30 mins.Place chopped kale in a large bowl and add scallions. Set aside. Heat 1 tsp. grapeseed oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Using a slotted spoon, place marinated tofu in skillet and let sit 3-5 mins until surface is well browned. Gently toss the tofu until most sides are well browned (5-10 mins total). Add marinade and boil 1-2 mins until reduced by half. Pour sauce and tofu over kale and let sit for a couple of minutes until kale is slightly wilted.
