Spray as much Cooking Spray as necessary into a frying pan. Add 3/4 of a cup of onions to the pan and cook until starting to brown.Turn down heat and add in frozen peas. Cook peas until they start turning bright green.Add in about half a block of tofu (cut in any way you prefer). Continue cooking until warm all the way through.Add in 2/3 cup of Korma Simmer Sauce.
