How Do I Make Tofu / spinich / Noodles?

Here is how you make Tofu / spinich / Noodles:

1) turn oven on to 325 2 )put spinch in bottom of the glass baking dish 3) season tofu & put on top of spinich4) put enough water in the pan to cover about half way up the side5) cover with foil6) bake for 30 to 40 min depending on how warm you want it 7) after baking boil water to cook the rice noodles.( next time I may try adding the noodles when baking) Serves 2 ( depending on portions you want to eat) Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user ONEKARRIE.
