How Do I Make Sauteed Tofu?

Here is how you make Sauteed Tofu:

Mix cornmeal and bread crumbs in a bowl. Drain tofu & squeeze as much water as possible out with paper towels. Cut into 1/4" slices. Season each side with Greek seasoning. Dip each slice into beaten egg to coat both sides, and then coat with the bread crumb mixture on each side. Brush each side of tofu slices with oil. Drop each piece into lightly coated frying pan.
