With a tablespoon of water, lightly saute garlic in skillet. Then add tomatoes and simmer for two minutes. Remove from heat. Drizzle some olive oil on one tortilla, then put oil side down on clean skillet. Cover tortilla with thinly sliced cheese, top with a 1/4 of the tomato mixture and 1/4 basil. Set another tortilla on top. Drizzle oil on top.
