1 small onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced

1 can Great Northern beans, drained
2 small cans Tuna, water packed
4 cups cooked spaghetti
1 tsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. dried basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Spaghetti Tuna and Veggies - YUMMY!:

Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.While noodles are boiling, saute garlic in 1 T olive oil for one minute in a large skillet. Add peppers and onion and cook for three minutes. Push onions peppers over to one side of the skillet and pour the beans in the empty side. While the beans are warming, use a potato masher to smash them up. If necessary, add hot water to the beans to keep them from sticking to the pan and make them into a thick sauce consistency.Add tuna and when the noodles are done, add noodles. Heat together for 3 minutes and add the basil and parsley. Continue heating for one minute, salt and pepper to taste.
