How Do I Make Super Protein (Vegan) Oat Bran for Two?Here is how you make Super Protein (Vegan) Oat Bran for Two: In a medium saucepan boil the 3 cups water with a pinch of salt. Once boiling reduce heat just slightly and add protein. Whisk out any lumps. Add stevia drops. Let cook at rolling boil for approximately 1 minute. Add cinnamon and chia and whisk until fully incorporated. Wait another minute and then whisk in protein powder (you can add a little additional liquid, i.e. milk, sf syrup, or more water to help the powder dissolve). Put heat down to low and let sit for about 2 minutes (stirring occasionally to prevent burning).
