1/4 C fat free milk

Here is how you make Vegetable Frittata:

Mix togeether first 3 ingredients and saute over med heat 1-2 minutes. Add vegies and marjoram, saute till bright green and soft.Mix rest of the ingredients in a med bowl. Do not whisk just mix till it has a marble appearance. Pour over vegies. Cook over med heat till set. Slide out on plate. Place a plate over the top of the frittata and flip.
