Here is how you make Vegetable Medley:

Prepare veggies and apple slices. Place in a skillet and spray with olive oil. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning and I Can't Believe It's Not butter (I use butter buds sprinkles) to taste. Stir fry for a couple minutes. Add apple slices and vinegar dressing and stir fry a couple more minutes.
