1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 Tbs olive oil
1 green pepper (chopped with seeds removed)
I white onion (chopped)
1 Jar of Ragu Pizza Sauce
8 ou of Mozzerella cheese (skim)
1 large tomato sliced
1 packet of Fleischman's dry active yeast
pinch of sugar


How Do I Make Jerry2 Vegetable Pizza?

Here is how you make Jerry2 Vegetable Pizza:

Empty yeast and a pinch of sugar into a glass bowl. Pour in a cup of warm water and mix well until yeast is dissolved. Water should be hot enough to just keep your finger in it.Allow yeast and water mix to set in warm place for about 15 minutes until yeast activates. You will see a head of foam on top of water.Mix the two flours together well and add olive oil and yeast mixture. Start with two cups of the flour and use the third as needed to knead dough into a smooth non sticky ball. Place dough in a warm place and cover for about a half hour. Dough should grow in size.Sprinkle dough on pastry board or clean counter. Place dough on board and roll out with rolling pin into shape of pizza. Place on pizza pan sprayed with vegetable spray. Use fingers to create raised crust at edge.Preheat oven to 410 degrees. Place crust in oven for 5 minutes to set crust. Remove crust from oven and spread Ragu sauce on with pastry brush. Spread green pepper and onions evenly across top of crust and then spread cheese on top of that.
