Here is how you make Tom's Home Made Via Mixer Vegetable Deluxe Pizza:

Put Bread Flour, Yeast, Salt and Sugar into the stand mixer.Add Olive Oil to the Warm Water.Turn stand mixer on and let it mix up the dry ingredients for 20 seconds. One the dry ingredients are well mixed, start slowly adding the water/oil mixture until the a dough ball is formed and pulls away from the bowl. Most times you should have a little water mixture remaining. Let the mixer knead the dough for an additional 2-3 minutes.Add some Olive Oil to a glass bowl and put the dough ball in it. Toss the ball around to get the outside covered with oil. Cover bowl and let rise in a warm dry place for an hour. Preheat oven to 425....
