Cook Farro in 3 cups of water ( you can add vegetable boullion to water for additional flavor) for 15 minutes and drain when done.Saute zucchini, brussel sprouts, asparagas each separately in a large frying pan with olive oil to desired doneness. Place in large bowl. Saute onions and red pepper together until soft and slightly carmalized, add garbonzo beans and saute an additional 10 minutes. Combine all ingrediates together.
