Here is how you make Vegetable Slice:

Chop or grate the vegetables. There should be 3 and a half cups of vegetables. Mix the vegetables with flour to coat. Mix the eggs, 3/4 cup of milk and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Add to vegetable mix and mix well. Pour into a well greased lamington tin sprinkle over pepper and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake at 200C for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
