chop broccoli, carrots and Cauliflower place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss so they are equally mixed. Measure one cup servings and store in baggies. Servings will vary depending on size of broccoli bunches and Cauliflower. These will keep in the fridge for a week or two and in the freezer for a few months. You season to taste. I use no cal/fat butter spray and pepper. I cook these in a microwave safe dish on the veggie setting. They are a cheap way to make a great veggie side dish.
