In a blender grind cereal to a breadcrumb like consistency. Place oats in a small dish. Add 1/3 cup of boiling water. Set aside. In a medium pan (spray with Pam) sautee veggies for 5 minutes or until soft, stirring frequently. Drain, move to large bowl to cool.When cool add remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly to combine. Mix well.Form into 5 tight balls and place them on a plate, cover and refridgerate for a couple of hours.Flatten into patties. Spray sauce pan with Pam, cook patties for 5 minutes on each side.
