2 cups of vegetable broth
1/3 cup of bulgar wheat
1 cup of TVP
1 small yellow onion (chopped)
6 crimini or button mushroom (chopped)
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1/2 cup of black beans
1 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tsp of ground cumin
1 tbsp of vegan worcestershire sauce
1 cup of vital wheat flour
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast


How Do I Make Holy Grail of Veggie Burger?

Here is how you make Holy Grail of Veggie Burger:

Cook bulgar wheat with 1 cup of vegetable broth and set aside. Cook TVP with 1 cup of vegetable broth and set aside. In a saute pan cookie chopped onions with coconut oil until translucent and add mushrooms and cook till mushrooms are slightly brown. Set aside. In a food processor, add black beans, tomato paste, and cumin. Process into a smooth paste and with the food processor running add worcestershire sauce. Empty content into a bowl and mix in 1 cup of vital wheat flour and 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast. (It should look a bit dry, if needed add just a bit of water). Add in the bowl the cooked bulgar wheat and cooked TVP and mix to combine. Once combined shape into patties and crisp up in a pan with oil or grill. If grilling make sure to brush both sides of the patty with some vegetable or olive oil. Enjoy!
