Spray a small skillet and preheat on med-low.1. Separate egg, quickly cook egg yolk by itself and set aside to cool as a treat for your favorite pet!2. Combine egg white, mushrooms & onions in a bowl. Add a dash or salt/pepper if desired. (I tried steak seasoning and it was WAY too spicy to suit me) Pour mixture in your preheated skillet, using your spoon to form it into a round shape. Cook on each side until "set" and mushroom pieces are releasing moisture into the pan...about 2-3 minutes each side. Top your burger with a slice of American cheese if desired.
