Here is how you make Veggie Burger by blg:

Using a food processor, place separately in processor then saute onion, add celery then carrot. Process red pepper, add to saute pan. Clean and process mushrooms. Add to vegetables. Process spinach and add to pan. Cook until juices start to release from mushrooms. Add salt, pepper and cumin. Cook lentils for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain lentils add to vegetables. Let cool for about 10 minutes. Add bread crumbs and eggs. Mix well. Weight 6 oz. of mix and place on a sheet pan lined with non-stick foil. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
