Here is how you make Totellini Veggie Alfredo:

Prep time is rather quick. Just chop up all the veggies and set them aside for later.You can generally multi-task with this. Saute while boiling tortellini, etc.Blend about 1 cup of Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce with 5 leaves or so of Basil. Less than a minute. Scrape into small sauce pan and heat on low-medium. Don't worry about boiling it, but it should be warm, as would any Alfredo sauce be.Saute veggies in olive oil with garlic. I love garlic, so I use a bunch. As with most recipe's, it's all to taste.When everything is done, the way I put it together was, tortellini on bottom, veggies on top of tortellini and then put about 1/4 cup of the sauce over the top of the veggies. I like to top with sun dried tomato's and some pepper.Enjoy!Should make about 4 servings...ish.
