1.5 Arnold 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins (that's 3 slices)

Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and heat the veggie patties for 2 mins on medium heat and flip.Place a slice of cheese on each patty and hHeat the other side for 3 mins.Blend the mayo and ketchup into what I like to call, a most special sauce.
