What Are The Ingredients For Easy Veggie Meatballs Recipe?The ingredients for Easy Veggie Meatballs are: 1/2c Hunts Tomato Sauce (or similar)3/4 cup Morningstar Beef Crumbles, thawed and pre-browned 1 egg 1/8c bread crumbs 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp chopped onion 3 tsp minced garlic Italian seasoning and salt, to taste Pam cooking spray How Do I Make Easy Veggie Meatballs?Here is how you make Easy Veggie Meatballs: 1. Heat up the tomato sauce using whatever method you prefer (I usually microwave it because it's easier!)2. Preheat a skillet on medium/medium-low on the stove top.3. Combine beef crumbles, egg, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, and seasonings. Form into meatballs- 6 large or 10 medium works well. The balls will be slightly wet, but should still hold together. If you have used a lot of extra veggies or have large eggs, you may need to add more bread crumbs.4. Spray a light coat of Pam into the skillet and arrange the meatballs in the bottom of the pan. Cook until browned and heated through on all sides, approx. 5-7 minutes.5.
