Here is how you make Veggie Delite Pizza:

Preheat oven to 400FSpray non-stick cooking spray into a pan, add onions and sautee until almost clear. Add mushrooms, spinache, zuchinni, and cilantro. Sautee about two min over med heat. Smother about 1 tbsp spaghetti sauce onto pita. Add veggie mix on top. Sprinkle with abouth 1 to 2 tbsp of reduced fat mozarella cheese. Add sliced tomatoes on top (tomatoes are raw).
