Here is how you make Quinoa Veggie Burgers:

Cut garlic horizontally. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap tightly in foil, and in 375 oven for 60 minutes or until soft. Put the carrots in a strainer and place in boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes and remove. Add orzo or fregola and cook 20 minutes.Drain garbanzos and place in food processor. Squeeze in garlic cloves. Add cooked fregola or orzo. Add 2 T olive oil and pulse until smooth.Place remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add bean/pasta mixture and mix until smooth. Form into 8 patties. Heat a skillet with Pam or a light coating of olive oil.
