Here is how you make Veggie Lo Mein:

Cook rice noodles according to package instruction. Mix veggie bullion with 1 and 1/2 cups water, 1/2 cup soy sauce and ginger. Stir fry tofu in oil and garlic, glazing pan with 1/2 cup soy sauce mixture as needed to prevent sticking. Once tofu browns, add frozen veggies and another 1/2 cup soy sauce mixture and stir fry until veggies are tender.
