I prefer alot of spinach because it mixes well with the marinara and makes it more filling and healthy!To make this easy, and cheaper, I use frozed spinach, peas, and Broccoli.Set a small- medium sauce pot on the stove half full with water to boil, with pinch of minced garlic. Heat up Broccoli, spinach, and peas together in the microwave. Once at a boil, put rotini into the pot and turn to medium. Let cook for six minutes then add ravioli for an additional four minutes. Drain pasta then add veggies, marinara, and basil. Top with parmesean cheese!If you like a little cheesier pasta, add in low-fat mozzarella immediately after draining hot pasta and stir.
