Here is how you make Spicy Szechuan Tofu Veggie Wraps:

Wash and cut veggies and tofu - I cut the broccoli into spears, slice the mushrooms, slice the tofu into 1/6th to 1/4th inch slices.Heat a pan extra hot. Add about 1/8th cup of water, maybe less. Add 3 tbsp of Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry sauce to the water and stir it so it doesn't burn and stick to the pan. Add a few tbsp of Spice Island Thai SeasoningOnce it's all stirred together lay the tofu in the sauce to start cooking. Dump the veggies on top.Cover it for a minute or so to let things steam.Uncover and stir fry on hot, making sure things don't all stick to the bottom. Once everything is steaming hot, throw two tortillas in the microwave to soften them up.Lay out the tortillas and throw about 1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded cabbage on each. Drizzle or squeeze a bit of lime juice or siracha hot sauce on the cabbage for extra zesty-ness.Add the veggies to the tortillas, split them between the two tortillas.Eat.
