Heat should be med-high. Saute for 5-10 minutes don't let burn. Add small amounts of water to keep this from happening. When cabbage and carrots are loose and tender add the remaining vegetables. Mix the vegetables around in the pan and then add the spices. Cook until water had mostly cooked away. Serve on plate, eat, and enjoy. I'm not a chef so my recipes are very raw and rustic.
