curry powder , 1/4 tsp

Sweet Leaf (stevia), 1 individual packet
salt, 1/8 tsp
water, 1/2 cup

2c bean sprouts
3oz red cabbage, thin cut strips
3oz shredded carrots
1/2c black beans, canned rinsed and drained
1 baby bok choy about 1 cup cut





How Do I Make Red Cabbage Veggie Stir-fry?

Here is how you make Red Cabbage Veggie Stir-fry:

I mixed the spices and stevia in a cup first and added 1/2 water to dissolve a little betterStart out by spraying lg frying pan with non stick spray then start adding bean sprouts, cabbage, and carrots. Heat should be med-high. Saute for 5-10 minutes don't let burn. Add small amounts of water to keep this from happening. When cabbage and carrots are loose and tender add the remaining vegetables. Mix the vegetables around in the pan and then add the spices. Cook until water had mostly cooked away. Serve on plate, eat, and enjoy. I'm not a chef so my recipes are very raw and rustic.
