1 Pillsbury Thin Pizza Crust
1.25 c Mozarella part skim shredded cheese
1.5 c Hunts Garlic & Onion pasta sauce (additional sauce for dipping, not included in calorie count)
10 jumbo black olives, diced
5 large mushrooms, diced
0.75 chopped spinach

How Do I Make Veggie Stromboli?

Here is how you make Veggie Stromboli:

Roll out pizza crust on a baking sheet with flour to prevent sticking. You will roll the dough in 3 layers. Season dough with seasonings. On one side of dough (lenthwise) spread a third of the past sauce. Top with a third of the cheese and a third of the vegetables. Season if desired again. Roll over to prepare to repeat layering. Repeat 2 more times (total of 3). When finished, fold up the ends first, then the remaing edge of the dough. pinch together and flip over if possible. Cut 3 slits lenghwise in the top to allow the heat to release. Season top if desired. Cook on 400degrees for 20-25 minutes. Start checking it at 20 min just to make sure that the crust doesn't burn.
