1) Preheat oven to 300 F Combine all olive oil, fennel, radishes, 3/4 cup parsley, garlic, lima beans, ginger, coriander, turmeric, and onion in tagine or dutch oven. Stir together to evenly coat with spices. Place in oven for 45 minutes.2) Pull it out and stir it, place it back in for another 45 minutes.3) Add asparagus and peas and cook an additional 30 minutes or until asparagus is tender.4) Remove from oven, stir in lemon juice.
