Here is how you make Asian Veggies:

Cut all veggies to large bite size pieces and add to a pre-heated non-stick pan. You can add a few tablespoons of water to help the veggies steam to your likeness. Remove veggies and saute up the ginger and garlic, in a seperate cup, mix the cornstarch with the cold water and soy sauce. add this to the ginger and garlic and allow to thicken (1-2 minutes) stirring constantly.
