Put avacado oil n pan, heat while you chop & add each veggie. I used a food chopper for some, others I chopped by hand. (I used turmeric root rather than the ground turmeric, it doesn't make as much of a yellow tint to the food that way.) Add the hardest veggies to the pan first, then get softer, quicker cooking veggies then the leafy. Saut? to your preferred crispness. You can keep everything in the pan til everything is done, or if you prefer, take veggies out as they reach your preference, & mix together when everything is done.
