8 - 1/2" slices of Organic Polenta (any flavor you like)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup zucchini, chopped
1 plum tomato, chopped
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup colby jack cheese, shredded


How Do I Make Polenta and Veggies?

Here is how you make Polenta and Veggies:

Spray a skillet with cooking spray and cook onion, zucchini and tomato. When veggies start to get soft add sauce and lower heat to simmer. Place polenta slices on a plate and heat in microwave for about 1 minute, or until heated through. Place two polenta slices on a plate and cover with 1/4 of the veggies mixture.
