1-1/3 cup Water
2 tsp Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
6 oz. fresh Banana, mashed

For topping:
12 tbsp your choice of Nut or Seed Butter
18 oz. sliced Strawberries, or any other fruit, fresh, frozen or (drained) canned

Here is how you make BLE WFPB Overnight Waffles:

Start night before. (Makes 4 servings.) Place in bowl or Pyrex quart size measuring cup:4 oz quick oats1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamonIn a blender place:2 oz walnuts (or other nuts)1-1/2 cup water.Blend until smooth. Then pour into the oat mixture. Stir well and add:2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar. (Must be raw!)Let stand at room temperature overnight.In the morning stir in 6 oz mashed banana.Spray waffle iron with Pam and bake until steaming lessons or until done according to how your waffle iron works.My waffle iron is an 8" by 8" 4-square size. This recipe makes 2 large waffles. I use 1-1/4 cup batter per large waffle.Serving size is 1 half large (2-squares of the 4 squares) waffle. (Recipe makes about 2-1/2 cups batter, so a serving would be about 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp so batter.)Each waffle serving would be 1 grain serving, and 1/4 nut (protein) serving and 1/4 fruit serving.
