1. Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl. Mix in the milk and the salad oil into the eggs.2. Combine the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk to blend. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry beating only till moistened. Let it rest a minute or so.3. spray preheated waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray with each waffle made.
