Here is how you make Mom's Belgium Waffles:

I mix the dry ingredients 1st........then separate the eggs and beat the egg whites.Then I beat the egg yolks, milk, oil and vanilla together. Then, I mix the dry ingredients slowly into the liquid ingredients.........but save the egg whites to fold into the batter last.I use a Belgian waffle maker then add about 1/2 cup of batter for each waffle.Serving Size: 8Number of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SARA2925.
