How Do I Make Whole Wheat Crepes?

Here is how you make Whole Wheat Crepes:

In a blender combine the milk, stevia and eggs. blend for 30 seconds. Then, while blender is going, gradually add flour until blended. Let sit for 10 minutes while pan heats up. Use a non-stick pan, but spray it with pan spray to be sure. You do NOT want them to stick ;) Use a 1/4 C measure and dip out just less than the measure and pour into the pan. Be sure and tilt the pan to spread the batter around as large and thin as you can.Cook till golden on one side, then flip. If they are savory crepes then just store them on parchment paper. If they are desert crepes, then I sprinkle them with powdered sugar and spread a little butter (like less than 1/2 tsp) on them before putting the parchment between.
