Here is how you make Yummy Omelet Wrap:

In a small pan, saute the onion, peppers, pepperoni and mushrooms, spray pan with Pam. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and egg whites, pour 1/4 of eggs into a non stick pan, add 1/4 of the onion, pepper, pepperoni & mushroom mixture, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, cook until eggs are cooked.
