Pulse for approximately 10 seconds until all ingredients are combined. Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl. Add cheese and mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Lightly beat egg to make an egg wash. Brush wonton wrappers with egg and drop 1 rounded teaspoon of cheese mixture into each. Pull the corners of the wonton wrappers up into a twist, so they look like little purses ("sacchette" means "beggar's purse"). Lightly brush tops of the purses with remaining egg wash. Place on a greased cookie sheet and broil until tops are golden brown and wrappers are crunchy (approximately 2-3 minutes). Let cool, and serve warm.
