How Do I Make Asparagus-Bacon Frittata?

Here is how you make Asparagus-Bacon Frittata:

Preheat oven to 350*. In a large oven-proof skillet, melt butter. Over med-low heat, add oil, onions and asparagus. Cook until onion is translucent and asparagus is tender. Add reheated bacon, and seasonings. Spread evenly over bottom of skillet. Pour eggs over the top. Add small amount of water. Sprinkle crumbled tomatoes. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
