1 small avocado
2t lemon juice
4 slices bacon chopped tiny
1 t El Tapatio hot sauce
1/8 t cayenne pepper
3 T Mayonnaise

Hard boil the eggs and half. Mix together yolks, avocado, and add the juice, bacon, hot sauce, mayo and pepper, salt to taste. Put in a baggie and cut corner to fill the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika &/or top with a cilantro leaf.
