Here is how you make Baked Doughnut Holes:

Preheat oven to 400. Cream oil, 1/2 C sucanat, and egg whites. Add vanilla and skim milk. stir well. Soft dry ingredients and add gradually to creamed mixture. Lightly oil small muffin tins and fill 2/3 full with batter. Bake 15-18 mins.While donuts are baking prepare topping.
