In a bowl mix cheeses, bacon, and rest of the seasonings. Mix all ingredients well. Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons into each pepper half then roll top into the bread crumbs.Use a lipped cookie sheet that is greased or spray with nonstick spray.Bake for 40 minutes at 300 degrees.
