4 oz Banana Pepper Rings Mild, Mt. Olive (1oz / 28g)
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1. tsp salt, Morton Lite Salt Mixture (1/2 the sodium of table salt) (by WESTGATE85)
1 tsp Pepper, black
1.5 tbsp Butter (Country Crock - Original)
1.5 serving catalina dressing, fat free 2 table spoons
4 cup Self Rising Flour

Here is how you make Catalina,Onion,Banana pepper Bread:

In Large Bowl add 2 tablespoons Raw Honey,on top of this add 2 teaspoons Dry Active Yeast set aside.Now add 1 Cup Warm tap Water mix with a whisk set aside.Add 1 White Onion Chopped,Some Banana Pepper rings Mild about 1/2 Cup chopped.Add 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder,1 teaspoon Black Pepper mix all together with a whisk.Add 3 Tablespoons Butter whisk til blended & add 3 tablespoons Catalina Fat Free Dressing(You can use any dressing you like the flavor of your bread)Now add 1 Cup at a time Self Rising Flour up to 4 Cups til no longer sticky & sprinkle in 1 teaspoon Salt.Taste the dough to make sure well seasoned.I love using Emeril's Original Essence.Knead a little til forms a nice ball.Spray all over even underneath the dough with Butter Spray/Canola/Vegetable.Set in a warm place with towel over to rise about 1 1/2 hours.Check on it & it should have risen doubled in size.Gently knead again spray with Butter Spray & again cover let rise another hour.In a Round Baking Pan I used a 3" high skillet that's oven safe lined it with Non Stick tin foil placed the bread in it.Let rise for 30 minutes before placing in oven.I didn't do this step it still raised but not much & it was still good.Preheat oven to 375.Bake til done about 50 minutes to an hour.Half way threw Spray with Butter Spray & sprinkle with Salt & Garlic Powder.Serve with Butter.I cut it 1/2" slices & then halved them.Serving Size: makes 20 Number of Servings: 20Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user TARA6181.
