I remixed my mom's beef stew....my mom used to make this with all canned veggies and i desided to make it with only fresh veggies aside from the frozen peas and tomatoes in a can lol...i did not put in for seasoning because i like to leave that to you...and the cook time can differ from if you are using a stove top it is ready sooner then if you are using a crock pot again this is something that i can not really determine..sorry
