4 1/2 cups water

2 cups medium diced potatoes
1 diced stalk of celery
1/2 sliced bell pepper
1 pressed clove of garlic
1/2 cup corn kernels
4 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup flour
2 t. rosemary
salt, pepper to taste

Here is how you make Ground Beef Stew:

1) Add oil to medium sauce pan. Brown ground beef and garlic, then drain.2) Add 4 cups of water and beef bouillon cubes to saucepan with cooked ground beef and onions, bring to a boil.3) Add vegetables, corn kernels, and rosemary, cover and cook until tender.4) Blend together, in a separate bowl, 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup cold water.5) Add the flour/water mixture to cooked stew and cook until thickened.6) Add salt and pepper to taste.
