How Do I Make Breakfast for Dinner?

Here is how you make Breakfast for Dinner:

Peel the sweet potato & cut into small squares. Boil potato until tender (about 15-20 minutes).Put olive oil in skillet & cook garlic and onion.When potato is ready, remove from pot & place in skillet.Cook on medium heat until potato chunks are browned. Add a little salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (you can omit to remove the heat). In a bowl- place the egg whites (you can buy them or seperate the yolks yourself). Do this with each serving (twice), or you will have to measure out the omelett servings. In another pan, spray some pam, and place egg whites in at medium heat. Let cook a little, and then add chopped peppers & tomato. When egg is cooked, fold it over & let the peppers cook.Place turkey bacon on top of a paper towel on a microwave safe plate & cover with another paper towel.
