Here is how you make Breakfast Nachos:

Measure out 1/4 cup of liquid egg whites and scramble them. When they are almost done, put the pre-cooked sausage patty in the microwave according to package directions (or cook the sausage patty simultaneously with the eggs if you are not using pre-cooked). Arrange your tortilla chips on a plate, then layer the scrambled egg whites on the chips. Tear the sausage patty into small pieces and sprinkle on the egg. Do the same to a slice of cheese - about half a slice should do.
