6 to 8 cups chopped broccoli (big pieces)

Here is how you make Broccoli Stew:

brown meat with onion, garlic and pepper. Drain off grease if needed. I use very lean ground beef. Add beef broth and water. Bring to boil. Add Mushrooms and spaghetti. I like my broccoli crisp so I wait about 5 minutes and then add the broccoli cook until the spaghetti is done and serve.
