Mince garlic in food processor. Add Tomatoes, Basil, and Olive Oil. Pulse, try to keep chunky. Add salt and pepper to taste, you may not need it depending on your likes. Also keep in mind there is no rule to this recipe, you may want to add the olive oil in slowly until you get the consistency you like and feel free to lessen the garlic if you don't like it that strong.
