What Are The Ingredients For Meat Loaf Recipe?

The ingredients for Meat Loaf are:

1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
2 slices Ezekiel bread or flax bread, toasted and run through blender on coarse
1 cup Classico Tomato Basil spaghetti sauce
3 cloves grated garlic, or 3 T. minced garlic
1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
2 Tbl grated parmesan cheese


How Do I Make Meat Loaf?

Here is how you make Meat Loaf:

preheat oven to 350 degreesToast bread and run through blender or food processor to "crumb." In large bowl, mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, lipton dry onion soup mix, garlic and 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce until well mixed. Spray loaf pan with Pam. Shape meat mixture into loaf shape and place in pan. Pour and spread remaining 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce over top of meat. Bake in oven for 50 minutes. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top of tomato sauce and bake another 10 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, slice and serve.
